DIOTIMA - Legal and psychological support to gender-based violence survivors

Our Member Diotima is providing free legal aid and sociopsychological support to Greek and immigrants women having low annual income.

Providing services

  1. Legal Aid from qualified lawyers. Specifically: legal advice, assistance in filing a lawsuit, representation in a criminal court, drafting of precautionary measures, interim injunctions and / or lawsuits and representation in the relevant Courts, assistance in the process of issuing a residence permit for humanitarian reasons (in cases of legal immigration)
  2. Psychosocial counseling by a specialist psychologist. Includes the provision of mental health first aid (3 sessions), referral and liaison with other services, etc.

If you are a survivor or you are in danger of gender-based violence and need help in Greece, you can call Diotima daily from Monday -Friday, 10:00-14:00 at 210-3244380 or contact helpdesk.
