Dimitris holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. With a longstanding engagement in civil society matters, he has cultivated a keen interest in European migration polices through his studies and internships.  

In the past year, Dimitris worked as a Caseworker in EUAA Greece on Lesvos Island, conducting interviews with vulnerable people and writing opinions. Gaining firsthand experience of the challenges faced by people in precarious situations, he now serves as Assistant Project Officer and contributes to the implementation of projects aimed at ending FGM. 

Dimitris speaks English, French, Spanish and is a native speaker of Greek.
