END FGM European Campaign has developed a strategy that identifies how the European Union can end female genital mutilation and protect the rights of women and girls subjected to, or under threat of, FGM. The strategy looks at five key dimensions in which the EU can make real progress in the fight against this practice. The recommendations made to the European Institutions and Member States are practical, based on human rights principles and informed by real women's and girls' experiences.
